Unlike single implants — which need 3-6 months of healing before a crown is placed — All-on-4 uses tilted posterior implants that allow same-day fixed provisional teeth. You walk out of surgery with a complete arch, not a bare gum.

Your trip, day by day

Extractions & bone preparation

Implant placement & provisional bridge
