How does MediTours verify that patient reviews are real?

Every review is tied to a completed, paid booking in our system — patients can only submit a review after their treatment is marked complete and they have confirmed care was delivered. Reviews cannot be anonymously submitted or purchased. Doctor profiles display the verified booking count alongside each review.

Can I filter reviews by doctor, specialty, or procedure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the filter panel on the Reviews page to narrow by specialty (dental, bariatric, cardiology, etc.), procedure type (implants, sleeve, rhinoplasty, etc.), city, or doctor. You can also search by doctor name and read reviews specifically for the procedure you are considering.

What happens if a doctor receives a poor review?

Doctors with a pattern of poor reviews are flagged for quality review and temporarily paused from receiving new bookings. Your coordinator investigates the case, contacts the patient and doctor, and documents the resolution. Doctors who cannot resolve patient complaints are removed from the platform.

Are reviews available in languages other than English?

Reviews are submitted in the patient's language and automatically translated to English, Spanish, and French. You will see the original language and the translated version side by side. MediTours currently has verified reviews from patients in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and across Latin America.

Question 5

How do I submit a review after my treatment in Mexico?

Accepted Answer

After your doctor marks your treatment complete, you receive an email and in-app notification inviting you to review. The review window is open for 60 days post-treatment. You rate overall experience, communication, facility quality, value, and outcome. Reviews are published within 24 hours after a brief authenticity check.
