Casa Serena is a 5-room recovery house built for patients coming out of bariatric, plastic, and dental procedures at Tijuana's major clinics. Everything is calibrated for the first 72 hours of recovery: low beds, walk-in showers with grab bars, blackout curtains, gentle HVAC, soft-textured meals on a 4-meal-a-day schedule.
What makes Casa Serena unusual is the live-in nursing team — a head RN and two assistants split shifts so there's always someone on-site. Cancellations are honored up to 24 hours before arrival, even on long stays.
You don't need a MediTours procedure to book — many guests come here recovering from US hospitals or after long flights from Canada and the EU.
